FULL SERVICE, FULL EXPERIENCE, OR DESIGN FOR ALL INDUSTRIES

Steven L. Cohen & Associates is a full-service architecture and design firm located in Fort Lauderdale. With over thirty-five years designing projects in a variety of architectural styles, we are proud to have provided design services for the commercial, residential, hospitality, medical, and dental industries.

No matter the type of architecture and design project, our process is carefully thought out with ample time provided to satisfy and illustrate the design – without sacrificing the construction schedule. In order to help clients fully understand the scope and sequence of the project, we first employ drawings and sketches, and then progress to advanced 3-D modeling.

Clients can expect to work directly with the firm’s principal, Steven L. Cohen, and our senior associates, providing a level of client relations that many firms simply cannot match. We also collaborate with a highly skilled and experienced roster of trusted South Florida builders and artisans.

COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE

For commercial projects, we offer designs for interior build-outs, new construction, mixed-use spaces, and re-designs of high-rise buildings. As the South Florida commercial sector continues to expand, the planning and design of resilient and resource-efficient buildings and spaces is profoundly important. Our firm has a long-standing expertise in sustainable environmental design. In many situations, our sustainable building designs have not only led to substantial savings for clients operating costs, but also qualified their business for tax credits. Our high-quality residential designs are available for new construction, renovation, or expansion projects. Our firm is committed to making each home as special and original as its occupants. We design to maximize the aesthetic and function of the home in a way that will benefit the homeowner for years to come.

“The key to great design is capturing the spirit of the client and the essence of the space.”
