  • Partnered with ID & Design International for Architecture & Interior Design services.
  • Finishes and furniture in a Tropical Florida resort-inspired aesthetic.
  • Reimagined Club Room space on 2nd Floor with enhanced open areas and connectivity amongst amenity spaces, and a new Golf Simulator facility to replace the underused Private Theater.
  • Updated exterior Pool Deck and Pavilion styling to reflect the resort aesthetic and provide a secluded retreat feel.
