- Covered concrete canopy between the two (2) structures creates a sheltered entrance to both workspaces with direct access to the improved surface parking.
- Improved landscaping and pervious drainage areas creates a softer facade and integrates with the building design to introduce a pedestrian experience to the industrial area.
